$150 per 45-minute therapy session

Insurance
I currently accept all Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO & PPO Plans. Most insurance plans will cover at 45 minute session. and 60 minute session need pre-authorization for most plans. Co-pays are due during time of visit or can be arranged via monthly invoice.
I accept most out-of-network PPO or Indemnity plans including that have "out-of-network" benefits:
Harvard Pilgrim PPO
Tufts PPO
Aetna PPO
Cigna PPO
Out-of-Network Plans
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is your responsibility to check what your mental health benefits are as each insurance plan is different. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cash, check, Visa and PayPal are accepted methods of payment. Venmo: @AimeeLM Payment or co-pay is due at each session unless other arrangements have been made to pay on a monthly basis. Checks may be mailed to:

Cancellation Policy*
If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation or therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session or a reduced fee of $75 which can be negotiated.
